The newly built house is located along the canal Bossuit-Kortrijk, situated in the green belt between the rivers 'Leie' and 'Schelde' with its sloping landscape of fields, meadows, and woods (Mortagnebos, Orveytbos,...).

Staying at Trimaarzate means relaxing and enjoying the vast landscape.

You can also open the door and explore the immediate surroundings on foot or by bicycle/mountain bike. The towpath and the old railway bedding (also named Trimaarzate) are an ideal starting point and connect to numerous hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes.

Tournai, Ronse, Roubaix, Oudenaarde, Lille and Kortrijk are within cycling distance and are absolute must-sees.

The Flemish Ardennes, the Hell of the North (Paris-Roubaix) are nearby aswell and are a real challenge for cycling fan.
